Salon Policy

RESERVATIONS
Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes in advance of any services. Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.

As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments via call, text, and/or email. You are invited to contact us, as well, prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services, and ask any questions you may have.

LATE POLICY:

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc.However if you are late it can affect the remainder of a day by delaying me for their clients who come in on time.
For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations.

 

Clients will generally be allowed a 5-10 minute grace period.  After that time, we will call to check you are on your way.

If you are able to make it in time for your entire treatment to be completed, great!  If not, you may have to reschedule part of your treatment. This will allow us to continue to  our allocated time slots for the next client to ensure they are not kept waiting for their appointment.

Please, always call if you even think you might be late; we’d rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of the day. In this case, you will still be charged 100% of the original service(s) scheduled.

Here is a general breakdown of our late fees:

If  the client arrives late but within the allotted time , but has to forgo some parts of the treatment 100% of the booked treatment charge will apply.

If the client does not arrive in time for the service to be completed, you will be charged 100% of the booked treatment.

Again, please remember that your appointments are reserved for you and only you.

These policies allow us the opportunity to ensure the smooth running of Beautyland

CANCELLATION:
Please provide us with at least 24-hour notice.  This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.

Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time.  Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:

 

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)

  • ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount.

  • Any future appointments will be cancelled until debt is paid.


We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the sheer volume of non-arrivals we have had, which in turn costs the salon hundreds of pounds per month.

All services will require a credit card on file in the event of a no-show or late cancelation.

REFUND POLICY:

  • All services, gift cards, and pass sales are final.

  • If you should need to return a retail item, please note that you must present the receipt within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are issued as in-store credit only.


CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY:
Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your esthetician will remain confidential, as will any special conditions.
Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.

 
 
Studio guests must be
18 years of age or older to receive private services without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.

Retain full deposit... Why so harsh?

Well, when you make a booking for a time, you’re making a commitment. Likewise, we’re also making a commitment to be ready with the necessary staff member(s), a room and any other resources and consumables. We also deny other clients whom might want that time slot, so that we are ready to perform the treatments for you upon your arrival.We certainly do not enjoy retaining fees, due to no-shows or last minute cancellations. Without a doubt, we would very much prefer to give our clients the full value of their booked treatments, and deliver a result!
