Dear Customers,
I wholeheartedly apologise for any inconvenience this Salon Policy causes my customers. I assure you that I fully understand your concerns and sympathise with your point of view. However, I have taken much time and consideration before deciding to implement this policy in order to enhance my customers’ overall experience.
BEAUTYLAND SALON POLICY
VISITING BEAUTYLAND
For your safety and to maintain social distancing, I kindly ask that you attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible. Please do not turn up early for appointments as this may mean that you come into contact with other clients who are
All tools and equipment will be disinfected or sterilised in line with the specific manufacturers’ instructions for your safety.
Wherever possible we will utilise single-use items during a treatment that will be disposed of safely after use in order to protect you from cross-infection.
We will have a hand sanitiser available for you to use when you come into and leave the salon.We ask that you wear a facemask during your visit to the salon.
All disposable items are bagged and safely removed from the treatment area every day.
LATE POLICY:
I will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. However, if you are late it can affect the remainder of the day by delaying me for their clients who come in on time.
For this reason, I have set a few general ground rules for such situations.
Clients will generally be allowed a 5-10 minute grace period. After that time, we will call to check you are on your way.
If you can make it in time for your entire treatment to be completed, great! If not, you may have to reschedule part of your treatment. This will allow us to continue to our allocated time slots for the next client to ensure they are not kept waiting for their appointment.
Please, always call if you even think you might be late; we’d rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of the day. In this case, you will still be charged 100% of the original service(s) scheduled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelling your appointment
Please give 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel or re arrange your appointment, failure to give this notice will result in a 50% of the service cancellation fee.
We regret that in some cases that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late. Please be aware that arriving late will reduce your treatment time.
Repeated appointment cancellation will require pre-payment for all future appointments. Pre paid appointments are non refundable.
CHILDRENS & GUESTS
Beautyland offers a relaxing and tranquil environment. This is something we aim to maintain all day and evening. Therefore I'm unable to accommodate any children under the age of 5 or any pets at Beautyland as they cannot be adequately supervised during your treatment.
My policy is primarily focused on the safety of your children, pets and our clients. I also do not want to compromise the relaxation of my guests. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
