CANCELLATION POLICY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY All booking fees are non-refundable. Cancelling your appointment Please give at least 48 hours' notice, if you wish to rearrange your appointment, failure to give this notice will result in a 100% of service cancellation fee. If you do not arrive for your appointment without giving us any notice, or notice will be given for less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee, and unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you any future appointments without prepayment. Please be aware that arriving late will reduce your treatment time. Repeated appointment cancellations will require pre-payment for all future appointments. Pre-paid appointments are non-refundable. GENERAL INFORMATION: PLEASE TURN UP ON TIME - Not too early, not too late just on time. This enables me to have adequate cleaning time between customers. I will operate only,,1 to 1".
