In our booking system, we have added a handy pronouns box so all we need to know is your name and what you would like to have done. Thanks to using appropriate pronouns we can make everyone feel welcome, and no one is made to feel like they are not safe to be whomever they want to be.
BEAUTYLAND aim to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for people to be who they are, irrespective of their gender identity and will treat anybody’s gender identity with dignity and respect, regardless of the law.
We have a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, victimisation or harassment on the basis of a person’s gender identity.
Also, I fully understand the value of different perspectives, experiences and backgrounds that make every person is unique. This includes but is not limited to race, gender, religion, disability, ethnicity, ability, marital status, age and sexual orientation.
